Rejection is redirection. The yoga studio dropped me from classes. The Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit said: “We have to have you opening our global event.” Feedback - “you are amazing and you set the tone beautifully!”
Workout Wisdom: everything is possible. Drop the excuses and reclaim your power. Maggy Wooden joined me today for my daily workout .. enjoy this sneaky peek. nicholson

The fire horse has arrived.

I’m opening the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit with my workout – the one that nobody understood.

I took my cue from great creators like Michael Jackson and Snoop Dog who say “believe in yourself — especially when others will ridicule you and criticise your ideas.”

Today, I walked into a shop and the owner who I’ve spoken to before about sauerkraut and cooking from scratch asked me if I made cakes. I showed him my Einkorn sourdough loaf and he said: “Would you consider supplying sourdough for our new venture!”

Believe in yourself. 🙏🏾❤️‍🔥

And if you want accountability and inspiration, join me at the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit. I’ve got Premium Access tickets for anyone who feels aligned. Link in bio 🥰
