Weâre a friendly, small family run business, run by Chris and Sarah Bailey. Set up in 2000, weâve spent the last 20 or so years building up Baileyâs Floor Care into a brilliant business with a great reputation for looking after our clients, their furnishings and floors!
If you have experience of any of the services we offer then youâll have a distinct advantage and you'll fit right in with us - but don't be bringing any bad habits with you. Youâll get full training on the job to our way of doing things and we offer tonnes of really great training courses too.
What we do:
The nuts and bolts of what we do will be your job. These are the services that we offer our clients.
> Carpet Cleaning
> Upholstery Cleaning
> Leather Cleaning
> Rug Cleaning
> Cleaning and sealing hard floors (natural stone floors, Amtico and Karndean floors and other LVT).
> Wood floor sanding and sealing
> Patio and driveway cleaning and sealing.
Initially, you'll be working closely with our existing team members to learn your trade before being expected to then fly on your own. You'll be visiting mainly domestic clients (some commercial) to carry out your duties to a very high standard. Youâll make sure that every single client is super happy at the end of each job. Your job isnât finished until they have a big smile on their face.
Youâll be:

The hours you work will be dependant on the work that's booked in but typically 40hrs a week with anything over your contracted hours being paid at an overtime rate.
Youâll be asked to work some weekends as well as the occasional evenings and you'll even be working outdoors during the summer. This role delivers massive amounts of job satisfaction with every day being different
One of your most important responsibilities will be to maintain the company image through not only your appearance (personal hygiene and uniform) but also the equipment you will use and the vehicle you will drive.
This is where the fun starts, you see, itâs just too easy these days to just send us your CV but the right person for this job will do more than that... they will show us that they give a s@ by sending - at the very least - a covering note in the email.
Itâs not a big ask, but youâll be amazed how much it makes you stand out because despite what Iâve said above I know weâll still get people who just send us their CV! If that happens, Iâll be honest, I donât even look at the application, I just hit the delete key.
