Windy loves a weather cliché but not his current accolade - first name terms with most of the A&E staff at PRI as I had my 3rd AFib in 48hrs this afternoon

Anyway. I’m fine and Gusty is happy with the outcome so far, so that’s the main thing but I’ve got a few phone calls to make tomorrow ken. Need to sort out my meds and chase up my angiogram

Right. WEATHER wise . . . As forecast HIGH pressure dominates but we’ve got some strong blustery showers tomorrow up over the northern half of the country including the Northern Isles, with the very best of it further south

PS - Seriously guts. It’s all good. Hard to believe though that there are some out there that live in aFib 24/7 . . . I just couldn’t even begin to imagine it, as I’m absolutely shattered after my 3 over the weekend - 9hrs, 45mins and 3hrs (f*k me, my body thinks I’ve ran a 50 miler) . . . Please please please go get yer BLOOD PRESSURE checked before it does some serious damage
