Thank you for choosing Suzy Sparkle Cleaning Services. We’re here to make your home feel fresh, calm, and sparkling. By booking with us, you’re agreeing to the simple guidelines below so everything runs smoothly for both of us.

🧽 2. What We Do
- We offer regular cleans, deep cleans, end‑of‑tenancy cleans, and add‑on services.
- We’ll always confirm what’s included before your appointment.
- If something feels unsafe or requires specialist equipment, we may not be able to do it — but we’ll always explain why.

🏡 3. Access to Your Home
- Please make sure we can get into your home at the agreed time.
- If we can’t gain access, it counts as a missed appointment (see cancellations below).
- If you’d like us to hold a key, we store it securely and label it anonymously.

💷 4. Prices & Payment
- Prices are agreed at the time of booking and depend on your home and the type of clean.
- Payment is due on the day of your clean unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
- We accept bank transfer or cash.

🔄 5. Changing Your Appointment
- Need to change the time or date? No problem — just give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
- We’ll always try our best to accommodate changes.

❌ 6. Cancellations
Life happens — we get it. Here’s how we handle cancellations:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge.
- Within 48 hours: 50% of the service cost.
- Same‑day cancellations or missed appointments: full charge.

🧴 7. Cleaning Products & Equipment
- We bring our own products and equipment.
- If you prefer us to use your products, that’s totally fine — just note that we can’t take responsibility for how those products perform.

🐶 8. Pets
- We love pets, but please make sure they’re safe and secure while we’re working.
- We can’t be responsible for pets escaping or causing mischief during the clean.

🛠️ 9. Breakages & Accidents
- We treat your home with care. If something accidental happens, we’ll let you know straight away.
- We can’t be liable for items that were already damaged, unstable, or worn.

✨ 10. Our Sparkle Guarantee
If something isn’t quite right, just let us know within 24 hours. We’ll happily return and re‑clean the area for free. Your happiness matters to us.

Your home, your belongings, and your personal information are always treated with complete confidentiality.

📅 12. Regular Weekly/Fortnightly Slots
- Your slot is reserved just for you.
- If cleans are frequently skipped or cancelled, we may need to offer the slot to someone else.
