| Golf Course Views |

Last week, we were onsite undertaking Contract Administration duties and could not resist some pictures of this spectacular view. The glazing has recently been installed, opening up the back of the house to celebrate panoramic views across the golf course, out towards sea and Slains Castle in the distance. Garden works are also underway, with the formation of a new fire pit, built with locally sourced stone to allow our clients to enjoy their new outdoor space, whilst being sheltered from the prevailing winds.

Beautiful site, beautiful views, great progress and happy clients.

| Banchory Project Progress |

Progress accelerating on site with Brudon Joinery Ltd which sees this existing dwellinghouse extensively renovated and modernised, with a new contemporary vaulted, mono-pitch Kitchen, Dining & Living space.

Clients have been great throughout the process, with the design team looking forward to handing over a transformed property to them.

2nd fix’s throughout the inside as we now look to finalise internals and push for completion.

| Listed Building Works |

Great to be on site today at our project in Crovie. The smallest and most remote of Buchan’s cliff-foot fishing villages, it comprises a single row of houses, most gable-end to the sea facing.

The property is a C-Listed Fisherman’s Cottage within a protected Conservation Area, that has been in the same family for several generations.

Works are currently being concentrated to the rear that sees a modest replacement extension, with the remaining inside space being meticulously renovated.

We’re enjoying the progress made by Stewart Wilson Joinery Ltd., along with HÁM Interiors, and look forward to showing internal photos as the job develops.
