🎃👻 **AW WINDOW CLEANING – WE'VE HAD A FEW FRIGHTS THIS HALLOWEEN!** 🪟😂
People think Halloween is all about ghosts, witches and scary movies…
Clearly, they've never spent a day cleaning windows in Aberdeenshire! 😱
We've put together a list of things that genuinely terrify a window cleaner…
🕷️ **THE HAUNTED CONSERVATORY**
You arrive to clean the windows.
There's a spider in the corner.
Not just any spider.
One so big, it’s clearly been eating the other spiders!!! 🕷️
👻 **THE GHOST CUSTOMER**
You've been cleaning their windows for three years.
Never seen them.
Never spoken to them.
Payment always arrives.
You're beginning to wonder if anyone actually lives there.
Then one day, a curtain moves…
**WE'RE NOT GOING BACK.** 😭🤣
🧟 **THE ZOMBIE DOG**
Approach a peaceful house.
Not a sound.
Suddenly, a face appears at the patio door.
Then comes a noise straight out of a horror film.
It's a tiny Yorkshire Terrier called Fluffy.
Fluffy wants you dead!!! 🐕😂
🪦 **THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT**
It's 4pm.
Getting dark.
You've got three houses left.
Your phone battery is on 4%.
And you've just realised the last job is a first clean with a conservatory.
**THIS IS HOW HORROR FILMS START.** 😱
🧛 **THE VAMPIRE CUSTOMER**
Only appears once the sun has gone down.
Refuses to come outside.
Always keeps the curtains closed.
You've never seen their reflection in the glass.
Beginning to think there's something suspicious going on in Oldmeldrum. 🧛♂️😂
🎃 **THE TRICK OR TREAT**
Customer: "Would you like a treat?"
Us: "Oh, lovely! A biscuit?"
Customer: "No, I've got another 14 windows round the back!"
**THAT'S A TRICK, NOT A TREAT, BRENDA!** 😭🤣
And finally, the most terrifying thing a window cleaner can hear…
💀 **"WHILE YOU'RE HERE, COULD YOU JUST QUICKLY CLEAN THE GUTTERS?"**
It's 4:55pm.
It's freezing.
It's getting dark.
And the gutters haven't been touched since 1998.
**AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!** 😱😂
