✅ Terms & Conditions✅️

🔻Invoices
• Invoices for weekly cleaning are always sent on Friday evenings.
After the invoice is sent, clients have 48 hours to make payment. The invoice MUST be paid within this 48-hour period.
After this time, a 5% late fee per day will be added until payment is received.
If payment is not made on time, the scheduled cleaning will be cancelled.

🔻Cancellation
•At least 48 hours notice is required to avoid charges.
If cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, full payment is required.

🔻Deposit
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings for deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, decluttering, or any larger jobs.
Bookings are for a specific date and time and cannot be changed.
The final invoice will be sent after the work is completed.
The remaining balance (minus the deposit) must be paid within 24 hours.

🔻Access to property
• If I am unable to access the property at the agreed day and time, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
