🤍 S E P T E M B E R 🤍

95 cleans! 🧼
Around 247,836 steps 👣
1 day off… 😵‍💫

And somehow… we survived September! 🙌🏻

It’s safe to say it’s been a slightly busy month at Fresh-ness!

There have been early starts, late finishes, more beds made than I’d care to count, enough laundry to last a lifetime… a few swear words thrown at Hetty, and I’m fairly certain my step count now qualifies me for some sort of endurance event! 🙃

But behind the madness, I’m incredibly grateful. 🤍

A huge thank you to every client who continues to trust me with their homes and holiday lets. 🫶

And of course a big thanks to my little team helping me keep all the plates spinning. ✨

October, we’re ready for you! 🧼

F R E S H - N E S S F R I D A Y !

A little Fresh-ness tip for your Friday ✨

5 simple habits that can make a surprisingly big difference:

🛏 Make the bed first thing
🧺 Never leave a room empty-handed
🚿 Give the shower a quick squeegee after use
✨ Reset the kitchen before bed
⏰ Finish the day with a 10-minute tidy

Doing these little things as you go helps stop the mess, clutter, limescale and general life from building up. 🧼✨

Which one do you already swear by? Or do you have a little daily habit that keeps your home under control?

🎉 FRESH-NESS...TURNS 1! 🎉

This week marks one year since I launched Fresh-ness Cleaning!

Twelve months ago I took a huge leap of faith, leaving the security of employment to build something that was completely my own. It was a little terrifying... but without doubt one of the best decisions I've ever made.

The biggest thank you goes to every single client who's trusted Fresh-ness with their home, recommended us to friends and family, shared our posts or simply supported me along the way. I genuinely couldn't have done it without you. 💚

And because one celebration wasn't enough...

✨ Today also marks the official launch of Fresh-ness Concierge! ✨

Born from listening to what our clients and holiday let owners really needed, Fresh-ness Concierge offers those extra touches that make life easier - from grocery services and luxury welcome hampers to holiday let guest services, lifestyle concierge and bespoke requests.
Whether you're a holiday let owner looking to elevate your guest experience or a busy household needing an extra helping hand, we're here to make life that little bit easier.

You'll now find both Fresh-ness Cleaning and Fresh-ness Concierge on our brand new website, making it easier than ever to explore everything we offer.

🧼 A little update on availability...
Our regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning diary remains fully booked (which I'm incredibly grateful for!), but we're always happy to add new clients to our waiting list.

Thank you. 💚

Fresh-ness Friday!

🧼 Meet the Team 🧼

We have a new member of the team... Henry Quick! 💨

Young, eager, and full of energy!

Meanwhile, Hetty has been watching from the corner like... 👀🙄

He hasn't yet mastered the art of getting stuck on corners or throwing himself dramatically onto the floor, like our Queen, Hetty! 👑💁‍♀️

I'm delighted to be attending the Surface ID & Maintenance Training Course with stone_care_direct_ltd

Cleaning isn't just about making things look good, it's about understanding different surfaces, using the correct products, preventing damage, and achieving the very best results for clients.

I already use their professional products, now I'm taking things a step further…
This specialist training covers surface identification, testing techniques, pH knowledge, maintenance methods, polishing fundamentals, and sealing techniques for stone, tile, and hard surfaces.

Professional cleaning is about much more than a mop and bucket – it's about understanding surfaces, protecting them, and helping them look their best for years to come. 💚

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“I was initially a bit embarrassed about asking someone to clean my house, but Bev soon put me at ease..."

This is something I hear a lot, and there is absolutely no need to feel embarrassed. 💛

Life gets busy.
Between work, family commitments, children, pets, appointments, and trying to find a little time for yourself, keeping on top of the house can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Whether it's a one-off deep clean to reset your home or regular visits to help you stay on top of things, my goal is always to make life a little easier and your home a little fresher. ✨

My clients can spend more time focusing on what matters most, while coming home to a clean, fresh-ness home. 🌿💞
