Dear customer
In order to keep our more vulnerable customers safe over the next few months we will endeavour to have NO FACE TO FACE CONTACT. We will continue to clean your windows as normal and put a ticket through your door but we will not knock your door - minimising any risk to you having to answer. Payments can be made online or by cheque through the post (details will be on your ticket).
If you are uncomfortable with these methods, you can leave cash out for us in a safe place on your property (call us to arrange) or on your step when you see us.
