England Women’s team deliver something special once again! A record chase at home and a series win wrapped up in style against India. A proud moment for England Cricket and women’s sport.🏏

An absolutely sensational chase from England - it's a record in a women's T20I at home! 😮

Alice Capsey and Heather Knight - take a bow! The hosts take the series 2-1.

Gardening can help children build confidence, patience and curiosity, while giving them a real connection with nature. Time outdoors can also support their wellbeing, helping them feel calmer and more engaged.

A fruit cage simply protects those moments… so when the strawberries and raspberries are ready, they’re still there for little hands to discover, pick and enjoy. https://bit.ly/4dtPdcn

Now being based in Cornwall, we love a seagull, but we’re only too aware of the noise and nuisance they can cause.

Seagulls become significantly more present on buildings from around March/April, when they start returning inland to establish territories and begin nest building. Between May and July, which is peak breeding season, they are considered to be most problematic and aggressive – they’re great parents and will do whatever it takes to look after their young!

To stop seagulls becoming a nuisance, NOW is the perfect time to take action, when the nests are empty. https://bit.ly/3NWFqSU

Remember, it is illegal to disturb or destroy a seagull nest without a special licence.
