Is it too early to mention the C word yet?
Christmas is only 10 weeks away. 😱
Are you thinking of having your carpets cleaned before santa comes? If so, will you be using your own carpet washer to do the job, or will you opt to have them professionally cleaned?
Either way, is your carpet washer clean, fresh and ready for the job? Or does it need a good deep clean to carry out the job properly? OR
If you decide to get your carpets professionally cleaned, the question is, is your hoover clean enough to keep it that way afterwards? If your hoover isn't spotlessly clean, you run the risk of your newly cleaned carpets becoming dirty and smelly again in jig time!

A dirty hoover can still pick up some dirt from your carpet, to a certain extent, but if your brush roller is filthy and /or choked with debris, it's only going to spread everything it collects, all over your freshly cleaned carpet again.
Blocked or dirty filters will also still cause lingering smells and push them back into your room, which completely defeats the purpose of you getting your carpets cleaned.

So, If your carpet washer or hoover is in need of a thorough deep clean, I can get them sorted out for you, to make sure your carpets stay clean and fresh, before the big guy with the white beard arrives (as well as the odd judgemental relative who may also come visiting😉😬)

Well, I did wonder why Mrs C hadn't booked in many jobs this week, now I realise why.
She had planned a surprise birthday present for me, a stadium and museum tour of Rangers FC's Ibrox stadium.
I loved every minute of it, you can almost feel the history of the place oozing out of the walls.
One of the best birthday gifts I've ever received.
I just hope I won't lose half of my customers now 😉😬😂

Mr C is the birthday boy tomorrow 🎉🎁🎂 Seeing as me, Mrs C, does all the admin, he most likely won't see this unless I tell him 😂 He has a very big surprise present coming on Wednesday that will absolutely make this one of his best birthdays yet.
But.. Just in case he does see this, i'm not letting the cat out of the bag just yet 😉

Hello folks, we have a busy "departure hall" today, with a shark duoclean power fins, a Dyson DC14 and a Dyson V10 cordless all waiting to go home.
It's been a very busy last couple of months for hoover cleans, between free pickup and drop backs in Helensburgh, Rhu and Cardross and others, from right across the area, from the Vale to Dumbarton, to the Renton and the Roseneath peninsula, where there is a small charge for me to collect and drop back.
There's even been a couple from Drymen and beyond.
We have also had some enquiries from as far afield as greater Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Ayrshire too!
I'm happy to carry out deep cleans from any of these areas if they are delivered to me and collected afterwards.
I'd like to thank all of my returning customers, as well as those who are new to Mr Clean machine, who have kept me so busy recently, and who have also spread the word of our wee business to their family and friends, it means a lot to us.
Word of mouth is by far the best recommendation you can give us and we have the best customers who have been singing our praises. All of which in turn, means we're keeping more and more hoovers going for longer and less of them ending up in landfill. Win, win!

Hi folks, I thought I'd show you all this Shark 🦈 duoclean anti-hairwrap plus that I had in this week.
This hoover costs around £430 RRP, so by no means a cheap hoover to buy, use and then just dump it when it stops working as it should do.
It's the main reason I do what I do. To save YOU money.
In today's throw away society, I hear it all the time, "I don't know if it can be fixed" or "if you can't get it working, just dump it and I'll just have to buy a new one".
The majority of the time, all that's needed is a really good deep clean from top to bottom. I would also say, around 70% of the hoovers that come in have major blockages, sometimes in various areas throughout.
The way these machines are made nowadays, it's very difficult for a regular Joe Bloggs to be able to strip them down properly to clean them, as I do, without all the correct tooling.
This one, needed all new filters as the original ones had seen better days. I can, if you wish, order and fit these for you at no extra cost, its all part of the service.

Remember too, I also offer a free pickup and drop back service if you're in Helensburgh, Rhu or Cardross, again, included in the cost of the deep clean. There's a small charge to add for pick up and drop back if you are in Dumbarton or the Vale areas, alternatively, you can drop it off to me here in Helensburgh.

If, for whatever reason, I can't get your trusty hoover going again as it should, there's no charge for me assessing it for you.
I always keep you informed throughout the process and will never do any work that doesn't need done, or charge you for anything that I haven't discussed with you first.
