I'll say it again let's get away from mental health being taboo.
We never know what people are going through so BE KIND! DONT JUDGE
we love to help people get their happiness back and guide them on how to keep their home like this, it's also lovely to see someone go from looking lost to seeing their home this way and smiling 🥰 best feeling

Mental health is such a taboo subject however more and more people who genuinely suffer are left to navigate life alone and left to deal with it, we need to change this.
this clean along with the others like these was difficult, (this is the upstairs will post the downstairs after this )
Let's remember that not everyone has perfect health and some people struggle with the upkeep of their home. Mental health is extremely difficult to navigate let alone keep up with your home on top of it.

We are here to help with that bit. We help you get back on your feet give you your home back and give advice on how to manage once we have got it to this point .

Sometimes this job works wonders for everyone, helps us with a busy mind to switch off and focus on what we are doing.
This one was difficult in more ways than one, physically hard work and mentally hard knowing People live like this and are so unhappy and lost 😔.
We get the best bit of cleaning Their home and giving them their home and smile back ❤️
It's easy to judge people but you just never know what's going in the background.
