Probably the best review to date ☺️
The boys doing a great job while I’m supposed to be enjoying some sun even though it’s raining 😍.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I genuinely couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.
From my first communication with Patrick, everything was exceptional. He was friendly, clear and incredibly helpful, with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I knew exactly what I needed to do, what they would take care of, and what to expect on the day. The whole process felt very customer-focused and, most importantly, completely stress-free.
My flat is lovely, but definitely not the easiest place to move large, bulky items out of! There are steps down, then steps back up, a very narrow entranceway and plenty of awkward corners to negotiate. Despite all of that, the lads managed to get every single item out without any issues or damage. I was seriously impressed.
The guys who came to do the clearance were absolute cracking blokes — friendly, kind, respectful and just genuinely lovely people to have in my home. As a woman living on my own, that really matters to me, and I felt completely comfortable with them from the moment they arrived. They couldn’t have been nicer.
And finally, the price. The quote I received was absolutely exceptional value. For the level of service, care and professionalism they provided, I honestly couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. I wish more companies operated with this combination of fair pricing and genuinely excellent customer service.
Brilliant communication, brilliant service, brilliant people and brilliant value. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
