Kayleigh & Naomi’s Cleaning Services – Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Kayleigh & Naomi’s Cleaning Services. By booking a service, the client (“you”) agrees to these terms.
2. Service Definitions
2.1 Regular Clean
A regular clean includes:
General surface cleaning
Dusting
Vacuuming
Mopping
Bathroom cleaning (toilets, sinks, baths, showers)
Kitchen surface cleaning (worktops, sinks, exterior of appliances)
Standard tidying
2.2 Additional Services (Not Included in Regular Clean)
The following services are additional and must be booked separately:
Oven cleaning
Carpet cleaning
Washing machine cleaning
Dishwasher cleaning
Deep cleaning of fridges
End of tenancy cleans
Full property deep cleans
Additional services may have separate pricing.
3. Pricing
£20 per hour for one cleaner
£30 per hour for two cleaners
All prices are subject to change with notice.
4. Cancellations & Charges
We understand plans change; however, cancellations affect our scheduling and income. Our policy is as follows:
Cancellations 5 days or more in advance: No charge
Cancellations under 5 days: 25% of the service fee is charged
Cancellations under 24 hours: 100% of the service fee is charged
Exceptional circumstances: Charges may be waived at our discretion
Failure to provide access to the property counts as a same-day cancellation.
5. Loyalty Cards
Loyalty card stamps/rewards must be used for the same property originally registered
Stamps cannot be transferred between different addresses or clients
6. Health & Safety
6.1 Biohazard Restrictions
We do not clean:
Blood
Vomit
Any other bodily fluids
This is strictly due to health and safety regulations.
6.2 Illness Policy
If anyone in the property is experiencing:
A contagious illness
Sickness or diarrhoea
Any condition that may affect the cleaners’ health
The clean must be rescheduled to a date when the illness has fully cleared.
Failure to inform us may result in refusal of service on arrival.
7. End of Tenancy & Deep Cleans
All end of tenancy cleans require a 25% deposit at the time of booking
All deep cleans also require a 25% deposit
Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy terms are not met
8. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure:
Safe access to the property
Adequate lighting and water supply
Pets are supervised or secured
Breakable or valuable items are stored safely
We are not responsible for existing damage or deterioration.
9. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or discontinue service where cleaners feel unsafe
Immediately terminate the clean if fleas, bed bugs, mice, rodents, or any other pests are discovered
If a clean is terminated due to pests, the full booked amount remains payable
Adjust prices with notice
Update these Terms & Conditions when needed
