We place a very high value on our people and the commitment they show in delivering exceptional standards, particularly in challenging environments. While we consistently recognise and appreciate the efforts of all our employees—especially when undertaking complex or high-risk tasks—we felt it was important to share the following feedback we received directly from our client.

This particular project presented significant challenges, and our team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, resilience, and attention to detail throughout. It was evident that the conditions they were working in had been adversely impacted by previous construction activities, where insufficient consideration had been given to the sensitivity of critical IT equipment. Despite this, our operatives approached the task with diligence and care, ensuring the environment was restored to the highest possible standard.

We would like to make special mention of Jon, our Head Data Centre Cleaning Supervisor, whose leadership and hands-on involvement were instrumental in the success of this project. Jon consistently went above and beyond expectations, not only meeting the client’s requirements but exceeding them in a way that left a lasting positive impression.
