Commercial Cleaner – Join a Small, Friendly Team
I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to join my growing commercial cleaning business.
I've been running my business successfully for over 20 years and have built long-standing relationships with my clients based on high standards, reliability and trust. As the business grows, I'm looking for someone who takes pride in doing a job properly and wants to become part of a team that genuinely values quality.
This isn't just about cleaning—it's about representing a business that clients trust.
What I'm looking for
The most important qualities are:
🫧Reliable – if you say you'll be somewhere, you'll be there.
🧼Honest and trustworthy.
🪣Friendly and professional.
🪥Good attention to detail.
🧽Able to work independently once trained.
🧹Someone who takes pride in leaving every workplace spotless.
🫧Cleaning experience is welcome but not essential. I'd much rather train someone with the right attitude than hire someone with years of experience but poor reliability.

Commercial cleaning
Early mornings and evenings/weekends and day times too (depending on the sites)
Flexible hours to begin with, with the opportunity for more work as the business grows.
Self-employed position (initially) MUST HAVE UTR!!
