Let’s Talk About Reviews (The Good, the Bad, and the Downright Fake)
If you’ve looked at our page recently, you might have noticed a few... interesting reviews. Some of them praise us for services we don’t even offer, while others leave one-star ratings with zero explanation or from accounts that seem to have been born yesterday.
Yes, we’ve been hit by a wave of fake reviews.
While our first instinct might have been to panic and try to scrub our profile clean, we decided to take a different approach. We are keeping things exactly as they are. Here is why we believe in keeping both the good and the bad on display for everyone to see.
1. Authenticity is Our Policy
Let’s be honest: nobody is perfect. A business with a flawless, squeaky-clean 5.0 rating and thousands of reviews can actually look a little suspicious.
We want you to see the real us.
If we make a mistake, we want to own it publicly and show you how we fix it.
If we get hit by spam, we trust our community to see right through it.
2. The "Bad" Reviews Make Us Better
Constructive criticism is a gift (even if it’s wrapped in a slightly grumpy 2-star review). When a customer has a genuine, less-than-stellar experience, it gives us a roadmap to improve.
If we only highlight our highlights, we never learn how to fix our lowlights.
We don’t want to hide our growing pains; we want to use them to build a better business for you.
3. Trust is Hard to Build, but Easy to Lose If we start selectively deleting reviews just because they don't paint us in a perfect light, we lose your trust. And to us, your trust is worth infinitely more than a perfect star rating.
To Our Real Community: Thank You!
To everyone who has left us a genuine review whether it was a glowing 5-star cheer or some tough but fair feedback thank you. You are the reason we do what we do, and your honest voices will always be the ones that matter most to us.
We’ll keep keeping it real. We hope you will too!
