​These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Lurilex Cleaning and Property Services and its clients By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by the following:

​1. Services Provided
​The Company agrees to provide professional cleaning and property maintenance services as specifically outlined in the service quote or booking confirmation provided to the Client.

​2. Pricing and Payment
​Quotes: All quotes are based on the initial assessment of the property and the scope of work requested.
​Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
​Late Fees: The Company reserves the right to apply interest or late fees to any invoices not settled within the specified timeframe.

​3. Access and Safety
​Access: The Client must provide the Company with access to the property at the scheduled time. If the team cannot gain entry, a cancellation fee may apply.
​Environment: The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment. Please secure any fragile items, valuables, or pets prior to the team's arrival.

​4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
​Notice Period: We require at least 24 to 48 hours (depending on the specific service level) notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
​Fees: Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a fee totaling a percentage of the service cost.

​5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Claims
​Reporting: If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion.
​Remedy: The Company will investigate the claim and, if deemed appropriate, provide a re-clean of the disputed area at no additional cost.
​Liability: The Company is insured; however, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

​6. Confidentiality
​The Company respects the privacy of its Clients and will not disclose any personal or property-related information to third parties, except as required by law.

​7. Termination
​Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the fulfillment of any outstanding payment obligations.
