Welcome to The Laundry Lounge page. The Laundry Lounge is a Launderette, dry cleaners, we also do repairs & alterations and full service washes.

We are the only Launderette in the UK to offer free wifi access to our customers, and you can watch television with up to date news and programmes. We do service washes for local business and families on the go. We also provide an in house Dry cleaners and a repairs and alterations service. We also provide a full ironing service and we also provide full football and rugby kit service washes, all i

n a modern, clean and comfortable environment . You will not be disappointed! Come and give us a try.....wash...relax and dry!

We are open all weekend for you washing needs
Medium size machines are £4.60
Extra large machines are £6.50 and a 28 minute wash on all machines
You can fit up to double, kingsize and superkingsize duvets in our washing machines

We are open today from9-8pm
Attendant in 9.30-2pm
We offer full service washing ironing services
And a full drycleaning service (done off site)
If you need duvets washing we have two extra large machines that fit them and it’s a 28 minute cycle!

We offer a full cleaning price list, below is the current price list.
The one on the LL website is out of date and will be coming down as well as the Laundry Lounge price list.

Please note most items are priced, anything else not on price list they prefer taking away and having a look at the item first before giving you a quote.. they may call you/me with a quote.
As soon as I know I call/text customer.

eg curtains to see if they are lined/unlined, how long the drop is, fabric type, are they blackout etc this can take a few days.
wedding dresses and Indian attire or evening dresses with embroidery and embellishments need individual quoting too!

There is only one large company in the southwest that manage most of it if not all the Drycleaning in the region and cover a lot of cities.

Turnaround times are approx one week. Although if they are busy (which they are they can take longer, even with quotes)

Driver comes to deliver/collect Mondays and Fridays at the LL (apart from bank holidays)

If you have any questions or queries please CALL ME, or text please 🙏it’s so so much quicker! And I try to get a response to you ASAP., an email is ok but you will not get a quick response as I’m a one woman show here and don’t look at emails until I’m home in evenings and some emails tend to go in my junk and may not be seen till much later.

Drycleaning is a dying trade, the machines are very very expensive and costly to maintain and the solvent chemicals used in it. since I’ve been in operation I know of at least four drycleaning establishment closing in Gloucester/cheltenham.
Most people work from home now since Covid so don’t need suits or shirts dry cleaned regularly.

Having a Drycleaning service is something I like to offer alongside my launderette but the actual process, prices and turnaround time it takes for Drycleaning is out of my hands as well as delivery/pick up days and times.

We are a Drycleaning and self service washing and drying place 😊 as well as that we provide a full service washing.

We are coin operated, for washing machines you will need £2, £1, 50p and 20p

For our dryers you will need £2, £1, 50p coins

Our ATTENDANT hours are hours where someone is THERE ON SITE to help you if you need change or need help with washing and drying as well as dropping off drycleaning or picking up service washes.

Our OPENING hours are below in picture, We are open 7 days a week from 9-8pm and Sundays 9-6pm

If you are dropping and picking up items or service washes you need to come within our ATTENDANT hours.

If you are using machines and dryers outside of attendant hours you need to bring change and or washing powder etc

I’m saying this as I had a bad review and they couldn’t understand the difference between full opening hours of the store.
And attendant hours (when someone is there!)

We offer full service washes and it’s also a self service place where you can also do your own washing and drying there too!

We are OPEN today and an attendant is here10am till 2pm. We are open till 8pm tonight.

Easter Sunday we will be OPEN 9-6pm but no attendant so bring your detergents and don’t forget you need change £2,£1, 50p and 20ps.

Bank holiday Monday we are OPEN 9-8pm an attendant from 10-12pm.
