We recently attended a private courtyard with a numerous amount of blockages affecting multiple properties. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now due to Wessex water refusing to adopt the courtyards drains as it’s private land/driveway.

Once arrived on site, we quickly rectified the issue and found the cause of frequent blockages… ROOTS! 🪾🌳

Once the blockage was cleared and washed down, we carried out a minor root removal to keep the residents flowing until they could afford a long term fix.

That’s what we do… We clear the way, EVERY DAY! 🙌🏼🧡

*A quick update regarding our bin cleaning service*

Firstly, thank you to everyone who’s shown an interest in our new bin cleaning service - we really appreciate the support! 😊

We just wanted to explain how the service will work to keep our prices as low as possible.

At just £5 per bin, it’s unfortunately not economical for us to travel 20-30 minutes to clean a single bin. Instead, we’ll be grouping bookings together by street or local area before arranging a visit.

So, if you’d like your bins cleaned, please register your interest and let your neighbours know too! The more people on the same street who book in, the quicker we’ll be able to schedule your area.

This helps us keep travel costs down while continuing to offer a professional bin cleaning service at an affordable price.

Do you use those “flushable wipes”? 😬😬

If you do, this is what can happen… we attended a property a couple weeks back and it was causing all sorts of internal issues including a flooding toilet! 🚽

We rectified the issue within the hour and got the customer up and running again!🧡
