I just wanted to say thank you for your patience this week. I’ve been working really hard to catch up and I’m making good progress, but I’m not quite there yet. If you’ve messaged and haven’t had a reply, please feel free to send it again—I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you for bearing with me while I get everyone booked back in.
🧡I always do my best to accommodate everyone’s availability, but it can be difficult when clients in the same area request different days. This may cause some delays, and unfortunately I’m not always able to accommodate every request.🧡

Just a quick note regarding regular cleans:
if an clean is missed more than once, the price will revert to the initial clean rate ( first time clean price ) as it takes extra time to bring everything back up to standard which also causes delays. However, if I’m running late (which is the case most of the time 😂 ) your regular price will remain the same.
Lastly, thank you so much for all your kind messages about my daughter—I really appreciate your support.
