Good morning everyone 💕

I thought I’d put a little post up as I know not everyone is aware that we are already two weeks into the six-week holidays! 😱😂

Due to childcare, my working hours are very limited at the moment, so unfortunately this does mean there will be some delays with cleans.

If you are quite overdue, please send me a private message rather than commenting below. I’ll do my very best to get you booked in as soon as I possibly can. 💗

Please be aware that I may also be contacting you with less notice than usual, depending on my childcare arrangements.

I’m also currently working with a bad ankle due to a fall 😂🤦‍♀️ But I’m still doing my absolute best to keep everyone going!

I really appreciate every single one of you and, most importantly, your patience and understanding while I juggle work and childcare over the summer holidays. 💕

☀️ Little update from me! ☀️

I’m out working every day and, believe it or not, I’m still playing catch-up!…… yes still 🤦‍♂️😂 If you think I need a kick up the bum, feel free to send me a message…and I’ll get back to you asap. 😄

The weather is definitely heating up, so I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up. If temperatures go over 30°C, I won’t be working outside. As much as I’d like to keep going, it’s just not practical or safe, so this could mean a few extra delays.

A lot of people don’t realise that really hot weather isn’t ideal for window cleaning. In direct sunlight, the water dries far too quickly, which can leave streaks and marks on the glass. I’d much rather wait for the right conditions and leave your windows looking spotless than rush the job and leave a finish I’m not happy with.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It really does mean a lot. I’ll keep working through everyone as quickly as I can, and I’ll be with you as soon as possible. 😊

Something a bit different today….

A roof scrape is a safe, mechanical method of removing moss from roof tiles using specialized hand tools or telescopic poles. Rather than using high-pressure washing, which can strip protective granules or damage older tiles, scraping manually targets and extracts bulky moss deposits while preserving the integrity of the roof

A sealant was used afterwards to remove all excess moss ( in 2-4 weeks)
and seal for prevention of future re- growth

Hello everyone,

I’ll be at the Children’s Hospital all day tomorrow, so I’ll be using the time to catch up on admin and scheduling appointments.

It really has been one thing after another lately, but please know I am working as hard as I can behind the scenes. I know there have been delays, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.

I’m incredibly lucky to have such amazing customers who understand that I’m not a big company — I’m just one woman, a single mum to three young kids, doing the very best I can.

🧡I always do my best to accommodate everyone’s availability, but it can be difficult when clients in the same area request different days. This may cause some delays, and unfortunately I’m not always able to accommodate every request.🧡

Just a quick note regarding regular cleans:

if an clean is missed more than once, the price will revert to the initial clean rate ( first time clean price ) as it takes extra time to bring everything back up to standard which also causes delays. However, if I’m running late (which is the case most of the time 😂 ) your regular price will remain the same.

Lastly, thank you so much for all your kind messages about my daughter—I really appreciate your support.
