At Milly's Cleaning your appointment is very important to me. Prior to each appointment, time and preparation is a must to give you the best service possible when arriving to clean your home.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, this misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive my cleaning service.
A deposit of 20% will be required to secure your booking for any services with me (new customers). The deposit will be taken at the time of booking, appointment will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
I have tried to put off introducing deposits for quite some time, but unfortunately quite a few people have not been responding to my messages on the day of appointment or a few days prior.

I understand people have busy lives and sometimes circumstances are beyond your control. If you have to cancel your booking, I ask that you give as much notice as possible, I require at least 48hours notice prior to your booking for your deposit to be transferred to a future booking.
If the cancellation is less than 48hours notice your deposit will be lost.
I know these policies may be frustrating for clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons, however, I run a busy business and a late cancellation or not responding to messages means someone on my waiting list loses out. I will happily book you another appointment for you as soon as possible but if this happens again I may request a deposit for future bookings.
