📢 Important Business Update – RE: Cancellation Policy

To all my wonderful clients🩵

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you for your continued support of Evesham’s Spring Clean’s. Your custom means everything to my small business.✨

As many of you know, I run my business independently, and every appointment in my diary is reserved exclusively for each client.

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations can leave me with empty time slots that are often impossible to fill at short notice, resulting in a significant loss of income.

To help protect my business while continuing to provide the reliable service you expect, I will be introducing the following cancellation policy, effective immediately.

Cancellation Policy

🧽 More than 7 days’ notice – No charge.

🧽 3–7 days’ notice – 50% of the scheduled cleaning fee may be charged.

🧽 Less than 48 hours’ notice, or cancellations during the week your clean is due where I am unable to refill the appointment – The full cost of the scheduled clean will be payable.

🧽 If I arrive for your appointment and cannot gain access to the property, the full scheduled cleaning fee will also apply.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and these will always be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis.

☀️ Heatwave Update ☀️

With the current heatwave, the health and safety of both our clients and ourselves is our top priority.

At Evesham’s Spring Clean’s, we’re still aiming to complete as many cleaning jobs as possible. Wherever we can, we’ll be prioritising morning and evening appointments when temperatures are cooler.

Please be aware that midday and afternoon cleans may be affected if the heat becomes too extreme. If any appointments need to be adjusted, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate your patience while we work safely through the hot weather.

Apologies it’s been a little quiet on my page recently. Behind the scenes there have been a lot of personal challenges and difficult times to navigate.

From the main bathroom and en-suite to both bedrooms and office space, every area has been fully refreshed and carefully maintained.

Full hoovering and mopping throughout, detailed cleaning, sanitising, and polishing to leave every room spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained.

Maintenance cleaning carried through the bathroom and downstairs toilet, leaving all areas sanitised, refreshed, and sparkling clean 🫧
