** Coronavirus Lockdown Update **

It's understandable that with the frequency of changes to Coronavirus restrictions, it's difficult to fully understand what can remain open and operating.

✅ Oven cleaning is allowed to continue.

We understand that you may have personal concerns about transmission of the virus that give you cause to protect yourself above and beyond the restrictions in current legislation.

For this reason, we have worked hard to make our service safer and have learned lessons throughout the pandemic that mean we can continue to provide our service whilst reducing the risk of unnecessary contact.

These measures include:

– When you make an appointment for a repair or clean we will ask and record if you or anyone in your house is shielding or have received specific advice based on your own medical conditions. We will also ask again before visiting, in case your situation has changed.

– If agreeable, we can access your home via an already open or unlocked door to help minimise contact.

– We will remain at least two metres away from anybody else in the household at all times.

– We have anti-bacterial gel and wipes on our van and will always wash our hands before entering your home. On top of this disposable gloves are also worn during the clean.

– Chip and pin payment is accepted as well as bank transfer to minimise contact.

– We will work in the kitchen cleaning your oven/hob/extractor to the usual high standards while you remain in another room

– At the end of the clean the whole work area will be cleaned with anti-bacterial spray.

❗️❗️WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS❗️❗️

Following on from the Prime Ministers announcement yesterday evening we wish to notify all our customers that we are still OPEN.

According to the government's guidelines "where it is necessary to work in other peoples homes - for example, for nannies, cleaners or tradespeople, you can do so" (section 7). Therefore we will remain open and will attend each of our appointments.

We understand completely if customers feel they need to cancel or reschedule at this difficult time and simply ask that you give us plenty of notice.

We will continue to operate with all the required PPE and social distancing procedures which can be found at:

We are still asking that if any members of the household have symptoms, have been asked to isolate or are unwell that you let us know in advance and we can reschedule your appointment.

All customers will still be contacted prior to their appointments.

We just wanted to reassure everyone that we can continue to carry out oven cleaning in your homes regardless of which tier you are currently in.

We will continue to operate with all appropriate PPE and procedures as per government Covid guidelines to keep us all as safe as possible.
