🥰 TOO SWEET🥰

This week we had the absolute pleasure of cleaning for some lovely new clients in the beautiful village of Layer de la Haye. Once we’d got started upstairs, they headed out for the day and left us to work our magic… 🧼✨

When we came downstairs, we found the sweetest surprise waiting for us! ☕🥐🍪

A lovely note saying:

“Amy, please help yourself to anything… and a chocolate croissant if you fancy it!”

Honestly, it completely made my day. Such a thoughtful gesture that really didn’t go unnoticed.

And yes… I 100% couldn’t resist the chocolate croissant! 🤭🥐 It was absolutely delicious!

Thank you for your kindness and for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful home. It’s little acts of kindness like this that remind us just how lucky we are to do what we do and to meet such wonderful people every single week. 🏡💕✨

Friday’s transformation had to wait because we were straight back out on Saturday making more beautiful homes sparkle! 🧼💖

Our lovely client booked us for a general clean throughout her home, with a deep clean of the bathroom.

Sadly, she’d recently had a disappointing experience with another cleaning company. After spending a lot of money, she was left feeling let down as the job simply hadn’t been completed to the standard she’d expected.

That’s where Snug Cleaning Services stepped in. 💗

We got to work on all the details that had been missed – removing built-up hair from the shower drain, deep cleaning the shower screen tracks and fittings, tackling hidden grime, and bringing the bathroom back to the fresh, sparkling standard it deserved. ✨

And because we love adding those little finishing touches, we left one of our favourite treats behind – a Who Gives A Crap toilet roll. 🧻💖 It’s a small gesture, but we think a beautifully sparkling bathroom deserves a little something extra!

One of today’s jobs was a general clean with a few extras, completely tailored to our client’s needs in their beautiful home in Hatfield Peverel, Essex.

This visit included:

A very rare Friday afternoon off… (because let’s face it, everyone wants a cleaner on a Friday!)🩷☕

I swapped the cleaning kit for afternoon tea and spent some quality time with family at Mrs Salisbury’s Tea Rooms. What a gorgeous place! The setting is beautiful, the food was amazing and honestly… those scones were something else! 🤤 Definitely worth a visit if you’ve never been.

When you run your own business, it’s easy to get caught up in work and forget to make time for yourself and the people who matter most. Before booking any clean, it’s worth asking exactly what’s included in the service you’re paying for. A cheaper quote isn’t always the best value if important jobs have been missed.

At Snug Cleaning Services, we make sure every client knows exactly what they’re getting before we arrive. We believe in being honest, transparent and setting clear expectations from the start. 🩷

Unfortunately, we’ve had several clients come to us after another company has completed an end of tenancy clean that wasn’t up to standard, leaving them stressed and worried about getting their deposit back. In many cases, they’ve ended up paying twice to have the property cleaned properly.
