Last week we attended a customer who had their carpets cleaned two weeks before by a local "professional" company.
The carpets were left excessively wet, took days to dry and still looked grubby with stains remaining.
They were there for an hour, we took over 4 hours to rectify this clean.
We removed over 60 litres from the carpets and they were dry within 3 hours.
