I was going to pop to my client Tracy's for some aloe vera off her plant after work tonight ....but when I went to my first clients home this morning the young daughter of the home already had me some ready to go, so thank you very much poppy ❤️ im going to have a bath and then rub this in..hopefully tommorow il feel so much less sore...ive not worked out all week cos I hurt so much , not like me at all ,i like to be working out pretty much everyday, I feel sluggish but im grateful for all the comments,suggests,love and aloe vera ❤️

Started this buisness well over a decade ago with very little understanding of just what brutal hardwork and exhaustion was waiting in store for me ...I have worked worked worked my socks off for what people often comment as youre "little buisness" always seems to be doing well..... the little buisness I am soooo so very proud of ❤️❤️❤️
