Honestly, places like this are more common than people think. I don’t understand why some businesses don’t invest in proper, professional pest control to carry out regular checks and maintain their premises correctly.

We recently dealt with a rat issue at a terraced property where the source wasn’t immediately obvious. After a thorough inspection, we identified an entry point beneath a loose flagstone in the garden. This was allowing rats direct access into the cavity wall, which eventually led to activity in the loft space.

The problem has now been fully resolved — treatment carried out, entry point secured, and repairs completed to prevent re-entry.

A good reminder that even small external gaps can lead to bigger issues inside the home. If something doesn’t seem right, it’s always worth getting it checked early.
