They say a picture tells a thousand words .

Appliance has not been checked in 2 years and the flue was completely blocked above the baffle plate

This was caused by burning unseasoned soft wood and the flue being at a low temperature.

One of our customers had an issue with smoke not exiting the flue, quick inspection and found a young deceased Jay blocking the flue behind the throat plate. 😳
