We are a well-established and growing construction company seeking an experienced Steel Erector / Cladder Foreman to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to take a leading role on a variety of structural steel and cladding projects.

🔩 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
As Foreman, you will:
• Lead and supervise site teams on structural steel and cladding works on a variety of agricultural and industrial projects across the South West
• Interpret drawings and coordinate works accordingly
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Supervise site operatives and subcontractors
• Maintain strong health & safety standards on site

✅ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• Proven experience in steel er****on and cladding
• Previous foreman or supervisory experience
• Ability to lead a team and manage site activities efficiently
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• SMSTS preferred but training provided for the right candidate
• Full UK driving licence
