As they could not collect the chandelier we emailed over both written instructions and photos to assist with the reassembly. A lovely couple who made sure their electrician was also happy with installing and followed advice from both him and ourselves

This customer contacted us regarding parts she needed for her chandelier, she had seen similar on our website but wanted to know if we had closer size and design matches whilst keeping to authentic parts.
