A common question I get asked is: "Why don't you just have a one fixed price"
Two properties might look similar in size, but the amount of time, effort and products needed can be completely different depending on their condition.
For example:
🏡 A regularly maintained home will take less time to clean to a high standard.
🫧A home with built-up grease, limescale, or heavy dust will require much more time and attention.
✨Some areas may need multiple cleans to achieve the finish expected.
Because of this, pricing based on conditions ensures:
