Succesful applicants would be expected to work 2/3 days per week, either 3 shorter days or 2 longer ones, actual day is flexible and can be adjusted to suit needs around the ideal candidate.

Hi guys

please note this has been the policy for a while but to to remind everyone that we do charge per trip, ie if your bin isn’t able to be cleaned, the full cost will still be chargeable...

Please appreciate we still have to pay our staff wages, pay fuel and also valuable time to turn up for the job.

Your bin should be left out and empty until 18:00 on cleaning day unless further instructions are given on the day.

Our text reminders are sent out the night before, if you’re away and need to skip the clean simply text us by 20:00 that night so we can take you of the round to avoid wasted travel - in this case no charge will be applied.

This policy has been published previously and is on our website.

ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS!!

As most of you may be aware, the council collection schedule around Christmas is chaos!
Although we usually do accommodate this chaos, we have decided to give our staff a well earned break over the festive period!

If your bin clean falls on any of the dates below which have been blocked out in red then please rest assured any payments or credits will be carried over onto your next clean and you can expect to see us in 2 or 4 weeks depending on your schedule:)

If your bin clean is due on 30th December then you may be aware that your collection day has been brought forward to 29th this year, and we will be accommodating this! Please expect us on Monday 29th if this your round (if unsure please reach out and we can confirm)
As usual you will receive texts the night before:)

We hope all of our customers can respect this choice and we will see you all in the new year when we return on 2nd January:)
