I cannot hold onto slots or one off availability.

Anything after 24hours you will then need to reapply.

I am having people coming back to me days after a quotation or request of interest in slots.

One even came back after 2 years.

🌞 HOT WEATHER NOTICE 🌞

With the temperatures rising this week, wellbeing is priority while I continue providing the best service possible.

Cleaning is physical work, with constant movement and carrying equipment. Therefore we kindly ask clients to help us keep working conditions as cool and safe as possible by:

• Keeping blinds and curtains closed where possible
• Allowing windows to remain closed during the hottest parts of the day
• Please note conservatories will not be cleaned during extreme heat due to unsafe temperatures
• If possible, offering staff drinking water would be greatly appreciated 💧
• Whilst we will try to stay on time your scheduled clean may be a little later as breaks will be needed.

Please note any homes that have the heating on during these hot days will have their clean cancelled and full pay will still be required.

We appreciate your understanding and support in these hot conditions. Thank you for your continued kindness and cooperation ☀️🩷
