📢 A Friendly Reminder About Delivery & Collection Time Slots

We’ve recently had an increasing number of customers informing us the day before their hire that they won’t be home until late afternoon or evening, sometimes after 6pm.

As a family-run business, we work around school hours and operate during our stated opening hours. When you book with us, your booking confirmation clearly states that if you require a specific delivery or collection time, you must let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your request.

If you already know at the time of booking that nobody will be home during our operating hours, please tell us before paying your deposit and confirming your booking. We cannot guarantee late afternoon appointments and, in some cases, we may be unable to offer the hire at all.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to rearrange our schedule at the last minute. Telling us the day before your hire that nobody will be home means we often have no choice but to cancel the booking, resulting in a loss of income and an empty slot that another customer could have booked.

Please use common sense when arranging your hire. If nobody will be available at home during our operating hours, then unfortunately a hot tub hire may not be suitable for those dates.

We will always do our best to work with customers and allocate a more convenient time slot where possible, but we need reasonable notice to do so. Last-minute changes simply cannot always be accommodated.
