In order for me to complete the booking, a day and time, along with your address is required. Failure to provide this will result in the slot being taken by another customer. I will always send an automated messages for Confirmed Bookings, so unless you have received this message, the slot will still be available to other customers. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff
and vehicle safety, I am unable to commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact me first and I may be able to resolve this issue another way. I always have a backup plan and am willing to help. If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. I advise that if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that I can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated on the day before any work commences. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that my services are carried out to the highest standard and to the best of my ability, the customer is advised to check the vehicle on completion of valeting. Any feedback whether positive or negative helps me to progress so please be honest and we can sort it out together. Any issues after I have left the premises, please contact myself within 24 hours and I will have it rectified for you without fail. Receipts can be provided as requested. Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions.
