This customer hadn't long moved in to the property and called me in to clean the oven and replace the lamp inside. Unfortunately the previous occupant had jammed in the incorrect lamp and damaged the fitting. So I ordered in a new lamp assembly and popped back to change the lot. Now they have a gleaming oven, as good as new and for a fraction of the cost of a new oven

This one took some working out, customer was reporting no power at all to the main oven of her range cooker. Power coming into the range from the mains was fine, thermal cut outs were all fine, elements were all fine. On first look the function selector switch seemed ok but on closer inspection one of the spade terminals had blown. New switch ordered and fitted and back up and running as it should be 👍🏻

It’s always a pleasure when Shaun comes to clean my oven. I get a confirmation email reminding me that we have an appointment and he always keeps to that, arriving bang on time and simply getting on with the job. Shaun has to work in a very confined space (I have a galley kitchen and when the oven door is open, there is very little room in which to manoeuvre). I don’t know how he does it, but this is how he leaves my absolutely ancient oven (it’s somewhere between 15 and 20 years old, yet It looks like it’s come straight from the showroom!

And the price? So very reasonable the I can scarcely believe it. And there’s yet another bonus. Shaun is an incredibly pleasant man with no airs and graces. I can do nothing other than highly recommend him.
