Moving house is stressful enough. But moving into a less-than-clean house with a child and two kittens in tow after a two-hour delay on completion took us to new levels!
Thankfully we were in the safe, capable and extremely efficient hands of Amber, Charlotte, and Claire. They agreed to arrive in our new house before we did, quietly getting to work whilst our completion process dragged on so we would have clean rooms to sleep in that night.
They worked strategically and flexibly around our removals team, and were warm and approachable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and in a matter of hours they had turned our less-than-clean new house into a sparkling, fresh-smelling sanctuary.
They earned every penny of their fee and more, and my wife and I have agreed that we would work with them again in a heartbeat.
Thank you Amber, Charlotte, and Claire for being rays of sunshine amidst the frayed nerves and exhaustion of our moving day! We will be forever grateful to you.
