We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Housekeeper to join Acies with an immediate start! The goal is to create a hygienic and orderly environment for our clients ensuring that every office is presented to a 5-star quality clean standard. This role would suit an individual looking for long term employment, who displays motivation and high attention to detail.

On a typical day you will be:

-Keeping our clients' high end office space clean to a very high standard.
-Health & Safety Ninja - think safety first!
-Being a Pro means your tools are clean and are in excellent condition, ready for the next shift - we supply everything, so you don't have to worry.
-Report on the condition of the office and/or any damages.
-Team spirit, while independent work during the clean
-Communicate and coordinate with the Management Team.

About you

-Ability to clean to an extremely high standard
-A willingness to learn with attention to detail
-Flexibility to meet the ever-changing demands of the business
-Being able to communicate with customers in a way that gives them confidence in us that we care about delivering outstanding service.
-Minimum of 1 years cleaning/housekeeping experience

-Shifts - 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
-Working Times: 9am - 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break per day - 40 hours per week
-Pay rate: £9.50/hour paid the following Friday after each clean.
-Development: available if you wish to progress

Job Overview

Acies Cleaning and Support Services are now seeking an experienced Line Manager to oversee our team of Supervisors, Cleaners and Clients. This is a key role within the Operations team where your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of both outstanding cleaning and customer service throughout our customers.

The successful candidate will be Healthy and Safety savvy with the ability to oversee and lead teams to ensure high quality cleans are completed to Acies standard. You will be computer literate with the ability to work within budgets, take ownership of scheduling management and be accountable for both new and existing client relationships.

Hours of Work & Location

-Monday to Friday | Shift work | Early mornings | Day shift | Evening Shift - Occasional weekend work depending on business needs
-Various sites across Brighton and Hove
-Up to 40 hours per week | plus additional hours as the business requires

What you will be doing

-Train new starters as well as play an active role in coaching existing employees
-Manage all aspects of the contracts with customers, handle any queries that arise and find solutions
-Administrative duties include but not limited to scheduling, overseeing timesheets, holiday and absence records
-From time to time covering general cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Acies quality standards
-Ownership of Supervisor and Cleaning teams including dealing with employee issues when necessary, Performance management and rota management
-Assisting Mobile Cleaner with stock, inventory and laundry duties
-Any ad-hoc duties that arise due to the needs of the business

Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Team Leader plays a vital role within the Operations team. Your performance ensures the consistent and seamless delivery of outstanding cleaning and customer service throughout our customers. This position is a customer-facing mobile position where you are expected to attend various sites throughout each day, covering for planned and unplanned absences and quite often working across split shifts. This role is a hands-on cleaning position and occasionally a supervisory role. In your supervisory capacity, you will be expected to train new starters and play an active role in coaching existing employees where necessary. In addition, you are the first point of contact for our customers and front-line cleaners and are expected to lead from the front in all circumstances, upholding our standards and company values.

Hours of Work

–Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work
–Split shifts | early mornings, day times, and evenings
–40 hours per week | plus additional hours as the business requires

What you will be doing

–You will be the first point of contact for covering holidays and troubleshooting for the Area Manager.
–You will work closely with the Area Manager to manage all aspects of the contracts with customers, handling any queries and finding solutions.
–You will assist the Area Manager with any employee issues where necessary
–General cleaning duties to be carried out in line with Acies's quality standards, including but not limited to; dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, deep cleans
–You will carry our Trial Clean interviews when hiring recruits when needed
–You will be involved in training our new starters and existing cleaning team
–Any ad-hoc duties that arise due to the needs of the business
