As a small business & a waiting list of clients we dont have the time to chase for payments & should not have to.

With the current hot weather, please be mindful that staff may need to take extra breaks to stay safe and well. This may mean arrival times are slightly affected, and we appreciate your understanding.

Where possible, please keep curtains and blinds closed to help keep rooms cooler. Our team will be working at a steady, sensible pace to ensure they don’t overexert themselves in the heat.

We truly have the best clients, and we know many of you kindly offer drinks to the team — this is hugely appreciated, thank you! 💛
