Your home or business will be treated with the utmost courtesy & respect. The oven cleaning process can take anything from 2-4 hours depending on the type of appliance, and everything will be left in a sparkling condition. I also carry comprehensive insurance cover to ensure your total peace of mind. I use the exclusive range of Ovenu products to carry out my work. These cleaning products are guaranteed to be bio-degradable, non-toxic & totally free from caustic soda and therefore completely safe for you, your oven and your family. Our carbon remover is approved by the Vitreous Enamel Association, our degreasing solution is water-based and I operate totally within the Environment Agency guidelines. I also carry a range of replacement oven lamps, extractor filters, quality oven liners, stainless steel polish & professional glass cleaner. All, or some of which, you may wish to obtain whilst I am at your home. I accept all payment methods including cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards. Very professional service. All booking admin is personal (by phone), efficient, and helpful. Technician who came was personable, efficient, did a great job, and left the place clean and tidy. Just sometimes it pays to not be first choice!!.......so option 1, ****company failed to turn up not once but twice!!, option 2, ***company wanted to charge a extra fee because of having to attend the clean on the second floor of the apartment block!!!
So, the old adage of third time lucky really paid off for this particular client who has in fact booked their next clean already.

So, if you want good old fashioned customer service with reliability and first class results, Rob, Jon or Tanisha are just a phone call away.
