✨ A little trip down memory lane today… ✨

One of our lovely clients asked if we’d mind giving their brass fireplace some TLC — and wow, it brought back memories of my mum and dad spending every weekend buffing brass until you could practically see your future in it 😂✨

At Therby Care Solutions, we’re completely bespoke. Whether it’s regular cleaning, a one-off deep clean, polishing brass, or those little extra jobs that make a house feel like home — if it makes our clients happy, we’re happy too 💛

We popped into a job for just an hour… ONE HOUR… and came back out to find our company BMW looking like it had been personally victimised by every seagull on the Fylde Coast 😭

Honestly, it’s like they saw “cleaning company” and thought, “challenge accepted.”

So not only are we out here making homes sparkle, we’re now adding company car decontamination to today’s to-do list 🧽🚗

Cheers for that, Blackpool seagulls… we’ll get you back one day. Probably by cleaning your mess off everything in sight anyway 😅

We get asked about this all the time 👇

Those stubborn greasy finger marks on handleless kitchen cupboards… especially on high-gloss or matte finishes. So many of our clients tell us they’ve tried “everything” — sprays, wipes, even scrubbing — and the marks just won’t budge (or worse, they end up with streaks 😩).

The good news? You don’t need harsh chemicals or expensive products. A simple homemade solution works wonders when used the right way ✨

🧽 Try this easy degreasing mix:
• 2 cups warm water
• 1 cup white vinegar
• 1 tablespoon washing up liquid

(Optional: a few drops of lemon for a fresh scent 🍋)

👉 How to use it:
Use a soft microfibre cloth (not abrasive), lightly dampen it with the solution, and gently wipe in circular motions. Then go over with a clean, damp cloth and dry with a soft towel to avoid streaks.

🚫 Avoid soaking the surface or using rough pads — they can damage the finish and make marks more noticeable over time.
