The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out pest control treatments, inspections, and preventative maintenance visits, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service in line with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pest control treatments and inspections at customer premises.

Identify, assess, and manage infestations of rodents, insects, and other pests.

Provide expert advice to customers on pest prevention and hygiene practices.

Complete accurate service reports and update customer records using Salesforce CRM.

Maintain and manage equipment, PPE, and stock in good working order.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety, COSHH, and company procedures.

Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

Take part in an out-of-hours rota or overtime when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pest Control Technician (essential).

RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent qualification).

Full UK driving licence (required).

Strong understanding of pest species, control techniques, and legislation.

Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiently.

IT literate – comfortable using Salesforce or similar digital reporting systems.
