Supporting our West Bromwich Albion partnership through continued training 📈⚽

West Bromwich Albion has been a longstanding and valued client of We Clean Limited and a contract we are incredibly proud to deliver.

As with any evolving contract, staff change over time, making regular training essential to maintaining standards, reinforcing expectations and ensuring every member of the team understands the importance of the service they provide.

Recently, Director Paul Concannon visited our WBA cleaning team alongside Health and Safety Manager David Holmes-McClure and Contract Manager Jane Shields to deliver in-person training.

While all staff are enrolled within our training matrix, we recognise the value of taking the time to engage with our people directly, reinforcing our ethos, the standards expected by the club and the responsibility that comes with working at such a prestigious sporting venue.

Our team provides a range of services to the Baggies, from matchday cleaning before, during and after games to daily cleaning at the training ground and supporting conferencing and events within the stadium.

Each plays an important role in maintaining the environment experienced by players, staff, supporters and visitors.

A fantastic day for a great cause! 🎾🏆

We were delighted to take part in the first Charity Padel Tournament in support of Birmingham Women's Hospital and Charity, bringing local businesses together to raise money for its Burns Appeal.

It was particularly special to meet patient Elizabeth, who presented the winners’ trophy.

The funds raised will help improve the experiences of patients like Elizabeth, who regularly visit the Burns Centre for treatment.

We’re incredibly proud of our partnership with the charity and the work it does to support children and families when they need it most.

And, of course, a huge well done to our very own 'Clean Hitters' for putting in a winning performance and taking home the trophy! 🥇

The team included: Jack Dowdeswell, Ben Concannon from We Clean Ltd alongside our client Matthew Horsfield of the Birmingham Hippodrome and Darren Keight from the Paul Rigby Group.

A great result for the team and a brilliant day all round.

Thank you to everyone involved in organising the event.

☕ We Clean Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning 2026 💚

Coffee, cake, and, most importantly, money raised for an incredibly worthy cause!

Our Head Office, Operational and Specialist Teams came together for our 2026 Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning, raising funds for Macmillan and the vital work they do supporting people affected by cancer.

With so many people and families impacted by cancer, it is a cause that deserves all the support it can get.

A big part of what we stand for at We Clean is making a positive difference, both through the work we do and the communities we are part of.

Supporting charitable causes and bringing people together for initiatives like this is an important part of our wider We Clean GREEN ESG strategy, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility alongside our environmental goals.

A huge thank you to our HR Manager, Jessica Powell, for organising the event and bringing everyone together.

We also owe a big thank you to our star bakers, who put together some truly wonderful baked goods.

The standard was high, and there was certainly no shortage of tempting treats! 🧁👏

And, of course, we couldn't forget our special guest, Lupo the sausage dog, who made a welcome appearance and proved that no coffee morning is complete without a four-legged friend! 🐶
