ABOUT US
Based in Birmingham but operating throughout the West Midlands, Scrubbers Supreme is a commercial cleaning company who pride ourselves on providing client focused, quality cleaning services. From residential properties & offices to Airbnb’s & construction sites, Scrubbers Supreme have got it covered with over a decade of industry experience. We work with clients both big & small to provide bespoke cleaning solutions.

THE ROLE
This exciting and dynamic role requires a driven & motivated individual who can assist with growth in the sales department. Our Sales Support Executive would have a pro-active approach to targeting a variety of clientele across commercial & construction industries, building relationships with key personnel, and providing competitive quotations for our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing incoming tenders and sales queries for cleaning projects across different industries (Construction, residential, commercial, etc.)
• Generating various new leads via inbound & outbound sales – Some cold calling required to reach new customers
• Upselling our services to existing clientele – Building & promoting strong customer relationships
• Understanding CAD drawings – Full in-house training to be provided
• Visiting various sites where required, to meet with Clients / Site Managers / Quantity Surveyors to discuss cleaning contracts & future projects
• Attending / organising pre-start meetings with clients to discuss successful cleaning contracts
• Generating competitive & accurate quotes using Excel tools
• Maintaining records of sales & projections to present to Managing Director when required
• Regularly reviewing current & past sales metrics to maintain a competitive edge within the industry
• Ensuring sales administration is accurate and up to date
• Identifying & pursuing potential new projects – Analysing competitors to determine viability
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery of services
• Ensuring supply chain documentation is completed and filed correctly
• Support & work with the Office Administrator when required
• Managing social networking and other lead generation channels (Phone, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Excellent diary & time management skills – Able to prioritise tasks as necessary
• Strong customer focus and the ability to understand their needs to offer the right solutions
• Good negotiation skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Have an energetic and pro-active approach to gaining new business
• Demonstrate resilience & persistence towards challenges and problem solving
• Must be proficient in MS office software
• Must have experience in using Excel spreadsheets – Some knowledge of VBA concepts would be advantageous
• Previous experience within a sales environment would be ideal
• Previous experience in generating leads would be beneficial
• Full driving license and access to own vehicle would be ideal

BENEFITS
• Competitive salary – Ranging from £11.44 to £17.00 depending on experience
• 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
• Office hours Monday to Friday 09:30 – 17:00

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in Birmingham, we are looking for full or part time cleaning staff to join our team of dedicated operatives.

From residential properties & offices to Airbnb’s & construction sites, Scrubbers Supreme have got it covered with over a decade of industry experience. We work with clients both big & small to provide cleaning solutions.

We are looking for friendly & efficient new cleaners, who can work productively with other team members to perform various cleaning duties to a high standard. A minimum of 6 months’ work experience is preferred but in-house training will be provided to the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Previous experience is preferred but in-house training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently or with team members.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
• Must be reliable and responsible while carrying out your duties.
• Must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach.

ADDITIONAL INFO
• Salary: £13.00 per hour
• Must be self-employed
• Flexible work hours
• Some weekend/evening work may be required
• Driving license preferred but not required
• Transport provided
• CSCS accreditation is preferred but not essential
