Here at Selly Park Cleaning Services I use a scheduling and booking system to help me manage my admin.
It has taken me from hours of stressful admin per day to hardly anything to do at all, leaving me free to search for new contractors to work with and expand my business.

My favourite features are the:
- automatic invoicing: when the clean is marked as complete, the invoice is automatically generated and sent to the customer. The invoice includes a secure payment link and when they pay using the link it is automatically marked as paid. It has reduced my time matching payments to invoices by 90% each week.
- booking system, you (or your contractors) add availability onto the calendar and customers can book in online without having to talk to anyone.

At the moment, we have more customers than cleaners on the books, and lots of new enquiries...

Selly Park Cleaning Services is a small, but rapidly growing, domestic, cleaning business. Covering Birmingham B29 and surrounding areas.
We currently have availability for experienced, self-employed, cleaners to join the team.
The majority of the cleans are recurring on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, so we need cleaners who are able to commit to this.

How it will work is: when new cleaners join and have completed their training, their available hours are filled up as new customers request cleaners, and book in using our online booking system.
There are new customers getting in touch all the time and we have had to start turning away recurring cleans as most of our current cleaners schedules are full. So there will be hours available almost immediately.

Pay negotiable, you will need to provide your own products and cloths.
Where possible, you will be expected to provide your own tools (vacuums, mops) but most households have these items already so it isn't always necessary.

Invoices are paid, one month in hand, on the last Friday of the month.

Drivers are essential as the cleans are in a variety of locations.

DBS checks required.

Access to a computer or device is needed to access the schedule and complete health and safety training.

Pay: negotiable
