International competition is expensive and opportunities for this sport are very hard to come by.

Lots of cellars this week.
Some lines cleaned and leaks stopped.
Gas pumps, cleaning sockets, couplers and beer lines replaced.

Updating some autovacs today.
We see less and less of these on the bar nowadays and they are even more uncommon the further south I venture.

Plenty going on last week.
Line cleans, cellar cleans, parts replaced and a shiny old set of hand pulls returned home and put back into service.

When the brewer says “of course you can run the banana, coconut and vanilla cream through the anti-fobs lines!” don’t believe them!!!
It set like ear wax and is completely impervious to hot water, line cleaner or anything non-toxic.
A lesson learned (hopefully) by Matt at The Cobbles.

After some outstanding work by Colin Farrar’s expert staff, these hand pulls were reinstated today to provide many more years of service.
