Fully stripped the old Burlington slates off and old laths.
New breathable membrane.
Insulation upgraded.
New laths.
Old reusable slate re used and reclaimed Burlington used to match existing.
New interlocking clay dry ridge fitted.
Coping stones re bedded back on after.
Proper roof and slates brought back to life.

After 3 months of repair work we finally got back to a re roof! It was a nice change for us after a flurry of emergency work over the Christmas period.
Full strip and removal of old roof.
Topped up insulation.
New felt, laths, valleys, bonding gutter, eaves , tiles, dry verge and dry ridge installed.
Customer extremely happy and certificate from council issued for new roof and insulation, that they can put with their house deeds.

Re-pointing of a gable wall that was leaking through when rain blew in from a certain direction. The old pointing was too strong and cracked. Raked out all the old and re pointed in a weather struck style.
We also re leaded the joints on the copings above to water proof the whole area.

Re-roof done in Yeadon.
All new felt and laths and new divide between the roofs after the last one was fitted incorrectly.
Reclaimed Welsh slate used and new clay dry ridge fitted to give the customer a lovely looking and watertight roof to last a lifetime.

A nice job taking off and re-bedding some rosemary tile bonnets. Had definitely seen better days but looks so much better now.

A nice little lead replacement on this chimney in Eccleshill today. Replaced the worn and missing lead to give it a lovely refresh.

Another week another re roof. We are extremely proud of this one in Saltaire village, quite a complicated lay out but looks fantastic! All slates and laths stripped off and new felt, eaves trays, laths and reclaimed slates to replace the broken ones. All new lead valley and lead on copings and chimneys. We used a brushed pointing on ridges, lead and copings using lime and special sand to adhere to heritage rules for the area.
A brilliant looking job by the team.

Another re roof completed in Nab Wood. The difference from start to finish is remarkable. All old roof taken off and skipped, new insulation, eaves trays, felt, laths, new dry verge and dry valleys and new lead on the chimney and completed with lovely German roof tiles and ridges fitted with a dry ridge system. Please look at the drone pictures of this as it looks brilliant.

Re Roof completed in Keighley, all stripped and new felt and laths, re used the lovely Welsh slate and matching reclaimed slates used. New clay interlocking ridge tiles fitted to give a striking new look. We also stripped the bay and re used the rosemary’s to keep the existing look. Fabulous job by the team.
