So lately we have had a few “ ok I have found someone cheaper “ calls.
That’s absolutely fine.
I take a lot of pride in what I do.
I am fully qualified and insured.
I am a member of a professional organisation.
I do quite a number of courses every year to make sure I’m up to date with everything.
I am local unlike others who have bought a franchise etc. Because that’s what you do when you can’t make it in the industry.
If you don’t think that’s worth a few quid then that’s up to you.
Keeping it local makes sure we are here for you at all times. The money we earn gets circulated in the local economy. It’s a win win for us all.

It may well be my Birthday but our customers still needed us to solve a few problems.
Wasps
Rats
Mice

We turned up for a second visit for rats and on completion asked for the fee.
I really didn’t expect the customer to say what? Why am I paying you? I paid last week.
Yes you did but the charge is per visit.
But you haven’t done anything.
Ok. Have I just looked all over your garden and checked all the bait stations?
Yes but you didn’t do anything else.
OK whatever you think. You have my details and if you don’t pay we will go to small claims.

Not every wasp nest needs to be removed.

Wasps do play a role in controlling other insects and can be beneficial in gardens.

The key question is whether the nest poses a risk to people, pets or daily activity.

If it does, it needs to be handled properly.

Today a second hotel called us in for Bed Bugs.
After doing a thorough inspection we found a couple in the head board screws. 3 hours later the room is ready to go again.

So earlier this week we were called to a hotel where guests had reported Bed Bugs.
After a full survey we found where the problem was coming from. Two holes in the wall where the headboard was screwed onto.
A full treatment later and the rooms were available again after a couple of hours.
Don’t let bugs of any kind ruin your business. We even have preventative products.

Please don’t be fooled by the advertising of pest products on Facebook.
We get at least 3 calls a week saying we have tried this and that and it hasn’t worked.
These firms are all about taking your money and laughing at you.
We had a customer last week that had spent a fortune on sonic rat repellers. Yup you guessed it they didn’t work and now need an electrician to rewire where the rats have chewed the cables.
You simply can’t buy a lot of the equipment we can. We have to obtain qualifications and licenses to be able to work.
