I had a little bit of a change from carpets and upholstery this week. I originally stripped back and sealed this floor in 2022. Unfortunately there had been something spilled on it that had slightly etched the surface. So I deep cleaned the whole floor again, concentrating on the etched areas, and the applied three coats of Terracotta sealer to the floor which returned it to its beautiful best.

Hot milky coffee spillage on a wool carpet.
Luckily, the customer just blotted it and didn’t add any supermarket cleaning chemicals. A little bit of time, patience , knowledge and the right products removed 99.9% of it for the customer.
