**Price Update**

We're sorry to announce that we’re having to apply a price increase with effect Tues 7th April.
Whilst we hate increasing costs for our customer’s we have no choice but to keep in line with the ever increasing costs that we face as a small business.

Therefore, our service charge will increase by 50p but the self service machine prices remain the same 😊

Please see the updated price lists below.

Spring is sprung 🌞 As the warmer weather is now upon us we will be reverting back to our normal shop hours, with effect Weds 1st April.

Unfortunately someone has come into our shop today and paid with fake money, taking advantage of our young Saturday girl.

Please note that we have cameras throughout the shop and after watching them back we are fully aware of who it was.

Be advised that you are no longer welcome in our shop and the picture of you handing over fake money has been shared with all staff so they know to refuse you.

Unfortunately, due to increasing costs we are no longer able to offer a free collection/delivery outside of Basildon.

Delivery/collections outside of Basildon will now incur a fee of £2.50.

All local deliveries/collections will remain free of charge 😊

Wishy Washy are looking for a part-time shop
assistant, on a temporary basis.

This position is for 4 months, during the busiest period in the shop but could potentially be permanent if business requirements change.

Job description
Folding laundry
Loading/unloading machines
Ironing
Assisting customers
Taking payments
Answering the phone
Cleaning the shop floor

Hours of work
Mon, Tue, Thur - 2pm - 6pm
Wed - 3pm - 9pm

Rates of pay
Age dependant (must be aged 18 and over)

Must be able to work independently and within a team.

Please note that the laundry baskets can be heavy when filled with wet washy so physical stamina is a must.

**Disposal of Items**

Please be aware that any laundry which has been left in the shop for over 60 days will be considered as abandoned items and disposed of accordingly.

We will be clearing out any left items this weekend so if you think you may have washing in our shop please get in touch asap to settle the bill and collect your items.

We do not have the space available to store clothing.
